- [25-06-4] Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination: single service beverage cups in racks next to soda machines are dirty from splashing of soda being dispensed. Operations Manager placed plexiglass along the sides of the soda machines to prevent splashing onto the cups. Additionally, cups were discarded during the inspection and replaced with new ones.
- [36-24-5] Hole in or other damage to wall: hike in wall behind ice machine; hole in wall between office door and door to theater 5.
- [51-11-4] Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured: 1 tank outside projector room door not secured to prevent from falling over.
