- [02B-01-5] Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Observed establishment offers poached eggs on menu undercooked. Products not identified and linked to consumer advisory. Discussed with manger.
- [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed grill scraper stored in hand sink at cook line. Manager removed items.
- [10-02-4] Observed pizza peel stored on soiled oven. The manager put a stainless steel tray under it.
- [08A-20-5] Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature.
- [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed ham (51F - Cold Holding) at room temperature at preparation sink. As per employee, less than 2 hours. Observed raw beef (61F - Cold Holding) at 2 door reach in cooler next to pizza oven. As per employee, for 2 hours. Employee placed product inside other unit.
