Also, in cabinet under soda machine in lobby standing water present. Manager had employee shop vac and wipe out cabinet during inspection.
[21-07-4] Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. By office, Sanitizer Buckets (Chlorine 0ppm). Manager had employee discard sanitizer bucket and make new ones and rechecked at 50ppm.
