At make line, gaskets on under counter reach-in cooler on cook line side have build up of food debris. At fry station, cabinet under warmer unit has grease build up. At front counter area, gaskets on Icee machine have black mold-like substance. Manager had all items cleaned during inspection.
[42-03-5] Storage of maintenance equipment/tools in areas that may result in cross contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and/or single-service and single-use articles. In walk-in cooler, hammer stored on shelf above ready to eat items. Manager removed.
[22-16-4] Reach-in cooler/reach-in freezer interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. At cook line, interior of slide top reach-in freezer has build up of food debris in bottom. Manager had employee empty and clean.
[22-20-5] Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. At drive thru soda dispenser, ice chute has black mold-like substance. Also, at drink station, nozzle area of frappe machine has build up of drink residue. Manager had items cleaned during inspection.
