Observed cartons of pasteurized eggs and macaroni and cheese stored in front. Operator relocated raw shell eggs to the front to avoid possible cross contamination.

[16-37-1] No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Operator states that overnight manager took home only QT (quaternary) test strips.
