Observed employee bottle of water on shelf next to canned goods , and a cup of McDonalds coffee on pizza prep table next to stacked pizza boxes, employee moved items to appropriate location.

  • [40-06-5] Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed employee personal phone on prep table in the back kitchen, employee removed the phone from the table.
  • [31B-04-4] No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no handwashing sign in bathrooms used by employees, manager created one ,and hung it up at time of inspection.
