  • [51-11-4] Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed tank not secured in the dry storage area across WIC.
  • [50-09-4] Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Operator was able to print and post before inspection ended.
  • [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed hand wash sink across of RIC blocked by food skeleton trolley. Also observed blocked by a large blender the hand wash sink in front bar area.
  • [02D-03-4] Label on a food item prepared and packaged onsite for customer self-service does not include product identity/description, date product was packaged and name and address of the establishment that prepared and packaged the food. Observed in house made, packed fruits, granola, chia pudding, sauce, and overnight oats, all available for grab and go, missing address of establishment.
