Observed employee touch her face to readjust her glasses and the began handling ready to eat foods but didnt wash their hands or change their gloves. Employee washed hands and changed their gloves.

Observed handwashing sink at bar with a strainer for dumping drinks. Advised operator on proper handwashing sink procedures and operator removed strainer, cleaned and sanitized the handwashing sinks.
