  • [52-03-4] Establishment advertised crab on menu/menu board but served imitation crab. The dish listed on the menu as the Pal Corillo Sampler uses solely imitation crab meat in its crab salad.
  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. -Plastic condiment cup used in cheese container in make-table cooler at kitchens entrance. -Bowl used as scoop in pan of rice at the steam table.
