[10-17-4] In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment: two knives on cook line with blades between the microwave and the shelf it sits on. Employee removed the knives and took them to the dish area for cleaning.
[31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink: hand-wash sink next to beverage machine did not have any paper towels. Employee got some during the inspection.
[14-11-5] Equipment in poor repair: observed the walk-in freezer door seal is broken and hanging loose not allowing for a good seal on the freezer. However, the food was still frozen to the touch. Potentially the cause of the ice buildup on the right fan.
