Observed behind establishment a mop sink, one smoker, one walk in cooler and a one walk freezer.
[08A-20-5] Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw chicken stored over beef in both, the reach in cooler at the front storage area and the walk in cooler in the back of the establishment. Operator had staff place the chicken below the beef.
