  • [31B-04-4] No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no handwashing sign at the hws in the bar and near 3CS.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed soiled gaskets for walk in cooler, walk in freezer and reach in coolers. Observed exterior of ice machine, exterior of reach in coolers near coffee station soiled. Observed soiled oven mittens stored on top of large mixer.
  • [14-33-4] Reach-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed rust build up on housing of ice scoop in the kitchen. Observed soiled dish racks, meat slicer worn food debris on the blade, wood plank use asa prepping table.
  • [16-37-1] No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no quaternary and chlorine test strips available. Also observed to test strips for vegetable sanitizer being used.
