[12A-07-5] Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed operator taking off his gloves after washing dirty dishes. The same operator puts his bare hands on his mouth, to then don new single use gloves with no hand wash. Operator then switched tasks to prepare a Togo order and dice tomatoes
