Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed dish machine testing at 0ppm. Operator discovered hose to sanitizer bucket wasnt inside sanitizer. End 100ppm chlorine during inspection.
