- [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed residue buildup on can opener blade at prep area table. Operator cleaned the blade.
- [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed cookline handwash sink blocked with the garbage can. Operator removed the garbage can to allow clear access to the handwash sink.
