Power drill and pipe cutter stored on shelf above food in dry storage area. Manager removed all tools from the shelves during this inspection.
  • [28-14-5] Evidence of mop/cleaning wastewater dumped onto ground. Turned over mop bucket with water pooled around it behind building, near dumpster.
  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. 1. Aerosol can containing glass cleaner and spray bottle containing pink chemical stored on shelf above beverages at kitchen entrance. 2. Several plastic jugs of "heavy duty cleaner" stored on shelf beside tortillas and above cooking oil inndry storage area. Manager removed all chemicals during this inspection.

  • [13-06-4] Employee with artificial nails/nail polish working with exposed food without wearing intact gloves. Server with painted and/or artificial nails scooped tortilla chips without wearing gloves.
  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Pan containing raw fish stored on shelf above open pan containing sliced limes inside walk-in cooler. Manager moved the raw fish to another shelf during this inspection.
  • [31B-03-4] No soap provided at handwash sink. No soap at handwash sink at kitchen entrance. Manager replenished the soap during this inspection.
  • [12A-20-4] Employee washed hands with no soap. Server handled dirty dishes, quickly washed hands without using soap, then handled single-use foam trays. Manager had the employee wash hands before continuing to work in kitchen.
  • [10-20-4] In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Two sets of tongs hanging from oven door handle at cookline. An employee removed the gloves from the area during this inspection.
  • [12A-07-5] Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee at cookline handled raw beef with gloved hand, changed gloves without washing hands, and began handling utensils and cheese. Inspector had the employee stop, wash hands, and put on new gloves.
  • [13-07-4] Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Several employees cooking and handling food in kitchen with bracelets on wrists.
