- [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwashing sink next to canned container rack is blocked by a trashcan and 2 high chairs. Operator moved trash can and high chairs to proper storage.
- [31B-03-4] No soap provided at handwash sink.no soap in sink by dishwashing machine. Operator refilled soap dispenser.
- [22-41-4] Bar glass washer chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of bar glass washer for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Bar glass washer reading at( 0 ppm) operator discontinued use of glass washer. All glassware being washed in kitchen dish machine.
- [12A-27-4] Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands. Operator observed cracking eggs by fryer. Transferred raw eggs to pan to begin cooking .operator then proceeded to remove cooked chicken from fryer basket to serve on a plate .operator also opened the fridge to retrieve more food to cook. Discussed with operator proper handwashing and change of gloves in between tasks.operator properly washed hands and changed gloves
