- [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Package of raw steak stored on shelf directly above wrapped container of sliced fully-cooked bologna inside walk-in cooler. An employee moved the raw steaks to the bottom shelf during this inspection.
- [14-38-4] Food storage container/container lid cracked or broken. Several cracked and/or chipped plastic pans on clean dish rack near cookline.
