Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed employee cut and place cooked naan bread into basket with bare hands. Discussed with employee, making sure that they are wearing gloves or using tongs to handle the cooked naan bread

Establishment added additional equipment, different than layout approved back in 2010. Buffet line added in dining room also server station with coffee maker and ice machine added in customer area. Closest hand sink is either at the bar or in the kitchen. Back hallway has four reach in cooler and coolers and freezers Hand sink on cook line removed and replaced with tandoor oven . Three additional prep tables added in kitchen Hand wash sink left to hood. System was removed and tandoor oven is present.
