Observed an operator take a frozen reduced oxygen packaged tuna from the freezer and put it into the cooler to defrost without removing it from the package. Explained to the operator the new rule and had them remove the packaging.
  • [10-07-4] In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed the rice scoop and some tongs stored in 80F standing water. Operator removed them.
