  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Interior of keg cooler and beer cooler in bar area soiled with mold-like substances.
  • [02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Pan containing portion cups of ranch dressing made on site with buttermilk missing date mark. Manager stated they were made on 9/28 and added the proper date mark during this inspection.
