  • [16-37-1] No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no test strips for their quaternary triple sink.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed grease buildup on their hood filters.
  • [31B-04-4] No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed a missing hand sign at the back hand sink. Operator placed a sign there.
  • [53B-01-5] No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed no proof of employee training.
  • [13-07-4] Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed an employee cooking food with a watch on. Operator had them remove the watch.
  • [08A-13-5] Raw animal food stored in top portion of make table over ready-to-eat food in bottom portion of make table - no complete physical barrier between top and bottom. Observed raw eggs stored over sauce in their make table. Operator placed the eggs on the bottom of the make table.
  • [12B-07-4] Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed multiple drinks stored on their cook line. Operator removed them.
  • [10-01-5] In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed scoop handles buried in their flour and salt containers. Operator removed them.
