  • [22-08-4] Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris.
  • [12B-01-4] Employee eating while preparing food. Observed employee drink from open top Pepsi can while preparing shrimp at prep table.

Observed employee drink from open top Pepsi can a then immediately begin food preparation at kitchen prep table without first washing hands. Reviewed handwashing requirements with operator.
