  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed cooked figs wrapped in raw bacon stored over ready to eat arugula. Chef rearranged foods to properly store.
  • [24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed clean stacked plastic pans on storage shelf across from warewashing area unable to properly air dry
  • [01B-01-4] Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed can of tomato bits dented and pinched in middle of can. See stop sale.
  • [32-06-4] Missing partition and/or door for bathroom with more than 1 toilet facility. Observed no partitions in mens and womens restroom where two commodes are present. Operator stated the portions are expected today. Maintenance is putting a temporary sliding lock on both restroom doors until partitions arrive.
  • [41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed unlabeled Spray bottle containing toxic substance stored on cleaners/ chemicals shelf. Operator labeled spray bottle of sanitizer.
  • [29-42-4] Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Vacuum breaker missing from non chemical side of splitter at mop sink. Vacuum breaker installed before splitter at mop sink. Employee removed splitter to properly install vacuum breaker during this inspection.
