  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed soiled hand wash sink near coffee machine also observed plastic containers with sugar, rice, flour soiled. Operator stated cleaning during inspection.
  • [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. Observed cases of waffle stored directly on floor inside walk in freezer. Operator stored properly during inspection.
  • [36-27-5] Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed wall soiled located Dishwasher area and near coffee machine. Observed operator started cleaning the area during inspection.
  • [16-37-1] No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Quaternary.
  • [06-01-5] Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed thawed raw ground beef at prep table. Operator stored under running water during inspection.
  • [31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Bar area. Operator provided during inspection.
  • [25-05-4] Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed cases of clear plastic cups, cases of cream onions stored directly on floor located storage area. Operator stated removed the cases and store property during inspection.
  • [53B-13-5] Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Anfernee.
  • [21-04-4] In-use wet wiping cloth/towel used under cutting board. Operator removed during inspection.
