Cheese sauce was placed there an hour prior to inspection per kitchen manager. Manager placed cheese in walk in cooler.
  • [10-06-5] In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed spoon handle in direct contact with coleslaw inside of reach in cooler on cook line.
  • [25-06-4] Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed to go containers not inverted on dry storage shelf. Manager corrected storage.
  • [33-11-4] Missing drain plug at dumpster. Observed shared dumpster missing drain plug.
  • [02D-01-5] Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed flour container not labeled on cook line.
  • [36-50-4] Unclean building components, attachments or fixtures. Observed Fan Guards in walk in cooler soiled.
  • [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. Observed flour container stored on floor under handwashing sink on cook line.
  • [31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at hand washing sink on cook line.
  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed sanitizer tablets stored above bag of jasmine rice on storage shelf near mop sink. Manager corrected storage of tablets.
  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed scoop with no handle stored in corn container inside of reach in cooler on cook line.
