Observed jug of milk sitting on front prep counter at 72F-cold holding, per employee items not prepared or portioned today and left out of temperature for approximately 1 hour. Milk placed back in reach in cooler to quick chill
- [24-07-4] Cleaned and sanitized equipment or utensils not properly stored. Observed box of mugs on floor of front counter.
- [12A-07-5] Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee put on gloves and begin to scoop ready to eat ice cream and handle clean equipment without washing hands first.
