  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed incense stored above tomatoes on the cook line. Operator moved the incense.
  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observe raw shell eggs stored over sliced cheese in their reach in cooler. Operator moved the eggs.
  • [03A-03-5] Shell eggs not stored at an ambient air temperature of 45 degrees Fahrenheit or less. Observed on the cook line counter: Ambient shell eggs (70F - Cold Holding). Operator stated it had been out for approximately 1hr. Operator placed it back in the reach in cooler.
