One sealed package containing raw tuna thawed inside reduced oxygen packaging. The tuna is completely thawed. The package does have a label indicating the tuna must be removed from packaging prior to thawing. Stop sale issued.

- [21-38-4] Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Sanitizer bucket stored directly on floor at cookline. Employee removed the bucket from the floor during this inspection.

- [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. 1. Spray bottle containing bleach stored hanging from rack above clean utensils near ice machine. 2. Spray bottle containing glass cleaner stored on shelf beside and above utensils at lobby entrance. Manager removed both chemicals during this inspection.

Employee entered the establishment from outdoors, handled personal drink, then handled clean cups in bar area without washing hands.
