  • [24-05-4] Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. To go containers stored on kitchen shelf. Manager turned containers over.
  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Bottle of soap stored on top of case of vinegar next to back door. Manager removed bottle of soap.
