Employee put chicken in ice bag in walk-in cooler to bring temperature down.
- [12B-07-4] Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee Red Bull can on front food bagging table behind bar. Operator removed drink.
- [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In stand up reach in freezer, open bag of uncooked raw beef patties stored above bags of ready to eat French fries. Employee moved raw beef patties to bottom shelf. Also, in reach in freezer on cook line, pan of raw burger patties stored above commercially packaged bags of cooked deli meat. Also, in walk-in cooler two pans of raw steak stored on top shelf above cooked chicken. Employee moved raw steak under cooked items.
