Manager removed chemical from the shelf during this inspection. 2. Plastic bottles containing "Coke" stored below chemical storage shelf containing bottles of bleach in back of kitchen. Manager removed all drinks from below chemicals during this inspection.

[09-01-4] Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Employee at cookline removed fries from the fryer, spread them on a pan, then touched the fries with his bare hand in several areas. Inspector had employee place the fries back into the fryer to heat to 145F. Employee heated the fries to 198F.
[03G-54-1] Time/temperature control for safety food packaged using a reduced oxygen method without a HACCP plan not removed from its package within 48 hours after packaging. Reduced oxygen packaging containing pork with date mark of 7/4 on shelf inside walk-in cooler. Manager stated the pork was vacuum sealed on-site and frozen, then thawed overnight. Inspector provided the ROP handout to the manager during this inspection. Manager stated they would transfer the contents to ziplock bags and discontinue the use of the vacuum sealer.
[41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottles containing multi-surface cleaner stored hanging from wire shelf, directly above clean pitchers on prep table. Manager removed the spray bottle from the area during this inspection.
[01C-03-4] Clam/mussel/oyster tags not marked with last date served. 13 oyster and/or clam tags missing date mark from when the last were served.
[31B-04-4] No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. No handwash sign at handwash sink at end of bar.
