Pan containing fully-cooked chicken wings missing date mark inside cooler at cookline. Manager stated they were cooked on 10/31 and added the proper date mark during this inspection.

Employee stated he had the pork in-use at room temperature approximately one hour prior. Manager voluntarily discarded the pork during this inspection.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. 1. Buildup of old food on can opener blade. 2. Interior of ice machine door soiled with mold-like substance. Manager cleaned and sanitized both during this inspection.
  • [29-11-4] Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Water dripping from ceiling inside walk-in cooler.
  • [31B-03-4] No soap provided at handwash sink. Soap missing from handwash sink in server station.
  • [36-34-5] Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Air vents throughout kitchen soiled with dust.
