As per employee foods have been outside for 2 hours. Employee put bacon inside Walk in cooler and placed ice under liquid eggs container for rapid cooling.
[06-01-5] Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed raw chicken and raw beef thawing in standing water in three compartment sink. Employee put both under running water.
[14-69-4] Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed inside black reach in freezer by Walk in cooler.
[24-26-4] Clean equipment/utensils not stored at least 6 inches above the floor. Observed clean aluminum pots stored on kitchen floor. Employee removed pots from floor.
