Employee put bacon inside Walk in cooler and placed ice under liquid eggs container for rapid cooling.

  • [14-69-4] Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed inside black reach in freezer by Walk in cooler.
  • [24-26-4] Clean equipment/utensils not stored at least 6 inches above the floor. Observed clean aluminum pots stored on kitchen floor. Employee removed pots from floor.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed aluminum container stored inside hand wash sink in kitchen. Operator removed container from sink.
