  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Hood filters above cook line soiled with grease. Also, some gaskets on cook line soiled with food debris.
  • [33-16-4] Open dumpster lid. On shared dumpster out back of establishment, lid open.
  • [41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Under front counter, spray bottle of purple liquid not labeled. Manager labeled bottle.
  • [10-06-5] In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. In reach in cooler next to fryers, handle of scoop touching cooked chicken. Manager removed handle of scoop from product and rested on side of pan.

In walk-in freezer, on speed rack plastic covered trays of cream cheese wontons stored under raw beef trays and raw chicken trays. Employee began moving all wonton trays to top of rack. Also, in reach in cooler under to go station, two pans of raw chicken on a stick stored on top shelf above portioned ready to eat sauces. Manager moved raw chicken to bottom.
  • [08B-47-4] Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Jug of fry oil stored on floor under cook line. Manager moved oil to shelf.
  • [25-06-4] Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. On cook line next to rice cooker, to go containers not inverted. Manager flipped containers over.
  • [02D-01-5] Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. On bottom shelf of prep table, red container of sugar not labeled. Manager added labeled to container.
