Sanitizer is dispensed from the ecolab dispensary at the three compartment sink. Operator stated they will call ecolab to come fix.
  • [31B-05-4] Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels at the hand sink near the walk in cooler. Operator provided paper towels at time of inspection.

Operator placed foods on ice and moved to the walk in cooler. In the reach in cooler across from the cook top, observed cooked lobster salad (57F - Cold Holding) . Operator stated foods are placed overnight.
  • [06-09-1] In the walk in cooler, observed 8 packs of fully thawed mahi fish in the commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish. Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package.
  • [01B-02-5] Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. In the reach in cooler across from the cook top, observed cooked lobster salad (57F - Cold Holding) . Operator stated foods are placed overnight.
