  • [35A-03-4] Dead roaches on premises. One dead roach on floor in kitchen near three-compartment sink. Manager swept the area during this inspection.
  • [08A-04-5] Raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce. Several flats containing raw shell eggs stored on shelf above bag of potatoes inside reach-in cooler at end of kitchen. Manager moved the eggs to the bottom shelf during this inspection.
  • [12A-16-4] Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Employee was outside of restaurant, handled pack of cigarettes, touched face, then entered the kitchen and began scooping food into a takeout container for a customer. Kitchen has only one handwash sink at cookline. Additional handwash sink at service counter strongly recommended.

Bags containing raw chicken stored on top of lid of pan containing raw pork inside reach-in cooler. Manager moved the raw chicken to below the raw pork during this inspection.
