In the walkin cooler raw chicken is stored over beef stock. Operator moved the chicken to proper storage.
[24-18-4] Silverware/utensils stored upright with the food-contact surface up. There is a basket of spoons stored with the food contact surface up in the expeditors station.
[41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. There is an unlabeled chemical spray bottle on the chemical shelf.
