To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Proof of food handler training missing for one employee working at cookline. This employee stated he has been employed at this location since August of 2025.

- [12A-02-4] Server handled soiled dishes or utensils and then picked up plated food, served food, or prepared a beverage without washing hands. Employee in warewash area handled dirty dishes, then handled and put away clean dishes without first washing hands.

The person in charge, C. Adams, does not have proof of food manager certification. This manager was the manager on duty during the previous inspection in July 2025.
