[03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In glass door reach in cooler Chili, beef at 44-47F. Person in charge states has been in and out of unit. Moved to reach in freezer and retemped at 43-45F by end of inspection.

[14-69-4] Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Double door silver reach in freezer with ice accumulation.
