- [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. 1. Observed in right flip top opposite cook line , raw shrimp stored over ready to eat sauces. Operator reorganized storing raw shrimp to lower shelf. 2. Observed in left flip top opposite cook line , raw shell eggs stored over cooked shrimp . Operator reorganized moving raw shell eggs to the front of flip top table.
