- [24-05-4] Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Several bowls stored not inverted on top of baking oven.
- [22-41-4] Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish machine chlorine 0ppm. Manager primed machine, still 0ppm. Manager adjusted the sanitizer lines and primed again, then 50ppm. Inspector instructed manager to resanitize all dishes that have been sanitized using the dish machine today.
