Cooler went out 1 hour prior and operator iced down all items except eggs. Employee began to put raw shelled eggs in ice bath. Also, in flip top reach in cooler on cook line, cut tomatoes (50F - Cold Holding). Pan of cut tomatoes on top of another pan.
