The operator voluntarily discarded the cooked chicken. The operator stated the foods had been held for approximately 2.5 hours. The operator placed the potentially hazardous foods on ice packs.

[31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed the handwashing sink in the dish area blocked by glass racks. The operator moved the glass rack allowing access to the hand sink.
