  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Multiple gaskets on cook line soiled with food debris. Also, speed racks on bakery walk-in cooler soiled with mold-like substance. Also, fan covers in walk-in cooler soiled with dust build up.
