In reach in cooler in kitchen area, container of milk not date marked. Employee stated she had not open the milk this morning so it was properly from yesterday morning. Manager added date to milk.
  • [41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Under 3 compartment sink in kitchen, spray bottles of pink and clear liquid not labeled. Manager labeled spray bottles.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. On juice machine at buffet line, around nozzles soiled with dry juice residue. Also, interior of cabinet under waffle batter soiled with food debris. Also, speed rack under oven in kitchen area soiled with dust build up.
  • [31B-03-4] No soap provided at handwash sink. No soap provided in mens restroom. Manager refilled soap in restroom.
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In reach in cooler on buffet line, milk (44F - Cold Holding). Milk was in cooler all morning but was pulled out for customer use multiple times.
