  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on front counter fresh garlic and oil (47F - Cold Holding) per operator held out of temperature less than 15 minutes. Operator added more ice to the container.
  • [08A-04-5] Raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce. Observed raw chicken stored over unwashed tomatoes in walk-in cooler. Operator stored correctly.
  • [03D-15-4] Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. Observed in walk-in cooler mashed potatoes (50F - Cooling) in deep covered plastic containers.
  • [10-07-4] In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on stove In-use utensil stored in standing water temperature 108F employee turned on burner.
