  • [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand sink in wait station blocked by mop bucket.

Food items stored in containers of ice on cook line: ham (68 F - Cold Holding); sliced ham (44F - Cold Holding) Food items stored in melted ice stored on table in between grill and flat top: French toast egg wash (85F - Cold Holding); egg wash (82F - Cold Holding) Stop sale issued.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Cutting boards on reach in deli coolers stained yellow. Soda gun nozzles
  • [01B-13-4] Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Raw mahi was issued a stop sale due to not being removed from the package before thawing.
  • [06-09-2] Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. See stop sale. Observed raw fish in commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged stored in a container with running water. A temperature was taken and it was temping at 82 degrees.
