- [14-11-5] Equipment in poor repair. Observed in disrepair: handle of reach in cooler in back prep area near Walk in Freezer, also the same unit missing the inside door panel for both doors. Observed disrepair curtains and missing vent cover for the walk in cooler in main kitchen area.
