  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed styrofoam bowl being used as a scoop for raw fish at prep table in kitchen. Also observed a can being used as a scoop for dried rice in back area.
  • [14-12-4] Utensils in poor condition. Observed handle of knife in poor repair. Manager discarded knife.
  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed a bowl of raw beef above ready to eat cooked potatoes inside reach in at the back area. Manager placed raw beef in the bottom.
  • [10-01-5] In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed scoop handle touching sugar in the large sugar bin in the back area and in small sugar container in coffee station in front area.

  • [51-11-4] Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed several tanks, 3 CO2, not secured in the back area.
